Return policy
There is a 30-day period after receiving your order to request a return. Once requested, you have 30 days to send back the product.
A prepaid return label will be provided. The cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount.
International Orders Bonus: If you select a refund to a Gift Card, you will receive a 10% bonus on the value. The label cost will still be deducted.
Return Shipping Costs: Returns are subject to the following fees based on location:
- Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, and Sweden: €19
- Spain: €5
- Switzerland: 25 CHF
- United Kingdom: £15
- United States: $20

Conditions & Packaging:
- Products must be in perfect condition, unused, with tags and original packaging.
- Protect the box: You must use an additional shipping box to protect the original shoebox during transportation.
- To manage your request, it is mandatory to include the return note inside the box.
If the return does not meet these requirements, the refund will not be processed, and shipping expenses to retrieve the product will be borne by the customer.
Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 14 days to process after we receive the returned product. Only items purchased on www.flamingoslife.com are accepted.
HOW TO START YOUR RETURN
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Non-Spain): Please use our Returns/Exchanges Portal to start your request.
FOR SPANISH ORDERS: Please contact our Customer Service Department to request your return.
All Spanish returns must be manually approved by our team.
Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA customers). If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. The original standard shipping cost will be refunded. The return shipping fee listed below will apply. To exercise this right:
- International orders (non-Spain): use our Returns & Exchanges Portal. You will need your order number and email address to log in.
- Spain orders: contact our Customer Service Department with the subject "Order Withdrawal".
EXCHANGES
There is a 30-day period after receiving your order to request an exchange of size and/or color within the same collection.
Process & Costs:
- First Exchange: A free return label will be provided.
- Subsequent Exchanges: If a second exchange is needed, shipping costs will be borne by the customer, as well as any additional fees, import fees, and duties.

Stock Availability: Please take into account the availability of the stock at the moment the product is received at our warehouse.
If the requested product is not available, we will offer an alternative option or store credit.
Important Notes:
- Only exchanges for products purchased on www.flamingoslife.com will be accepted.
- Documentation: All necessary documentation will be provided by FLAMINGOS LIFE.
- Customs: If the package is blocked or withheld in customs, it will be the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the product and settle any generated fees.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned product, it might take up to 14 days to process the exchange.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Only products purchased through www.flamingoslife.com showing any manufacturing defect or defective material will be eligible for an exchange/replacement.
If the product has been purchased in another store, please contact them directly. Each store has its own return and warranty policies.
Assessment Process: Photographs of the defect and the overall state of the product will be required for our Production and Quality Department to assess the defects.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, all logistics costs will be borne by the company.
There is a 30-day period to send back the defective product after receiving the return label.
Exclusions: The following will not be considered a defect:
· Normal wear and tear of the product.
· Defects originated from the storage or transport of the product.
· Defects caused by inappropriate use or insufficient maintenance.
· Defects caused by modifying the product, as well as damages or impacts caused by sharp edges, torsion, compression, or falls.
· If the product has been modified or repaired by technicians external to Flamingos Life.
Resolution: Once the defect has been confirmed and processed by our logistics department, the product will be repaired or a replacement will be offered (of the same or similar characteristics).
Please note: Replacements depend on stock availability at the moment the product is received.
If none of these choices are available, a refund will be processed (as a full refund or as store credit, depending on the case).
